Yes, we do require a deposit to secure your booking. Here’s how it works:

  1. Deposit Amount

    • 25% of the total project cost is required as a non-refundable booking fee to confirm your booking.

  2. Why We Require a Deposit

    • The deposit ensures your project is scheduled and that we reserve the necessary time, equipment, and resources for your event or production.

    • Once your deposit is paid, we close the date to any other bookings.

  3. When to Pay

    • The deposit is due at the time of booking. Your project date will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  4. Final Payment

    • The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before the event or upon project completion. This will be outlined clearly in your contract.

We believe this process helps both parties plan effectively and ensures a smooth, stress-free experience.
