1. Site Attendance and Equipment

• We will always arrive on-site a minimum of 30 minutes before the agreed filming start time to ensure all required equipment is set up and ready.

• The agreed filming start time refers to when filming begins and does not include setup time.

2. Insurance and Drone Footage

• We hold comprehensive insurance to cover all on-site filming activities, excluding aerial video or photography.

• Drone footage is sourced from a licensed and insured third-party provider and must be requested by the client at least 30 days prior to the filming date.

• Please note that external shots may be affected by adverse weather. We will make every effort to continue filming unless the conditions pose a high risk to equipment or personnel.

3. Editing and Project Timelines

• An initial edit will be provided to the client for review, allowing for any required changes to ensure the final project meets expectations.

• We do not charge for rendering time. However, graphics-intensive projects may require longer export and conform times, which can delay subsequent edits.

• For projects with urgent deadlines, we will ensure delivery within the agreed timeline.

4. Google Drive Usage

• Edited footage will be uploaded to Google Drive, with full access provided to the client for downloading or saving.

• Footage will remain accessible for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Google Drive Disclaimer

• Google Drive is a third-party service, and all data is subject to Google’s security policies. Hartshead Productions cannot be held responsible for any data loss or inaccessibility caused by the platform.

• Regular users will have unlimited storage capacity in their folder.

• If our services are unused for 30 consecutive days, the Google Drive folder may be deactivated but can be reactivated upon resuming services.

6. Data Responsibility and Sharing Restrictions

• All data stored on Google Drive is at the client’s own risk, and Hartshead Productions reserves the right to remove content at any time.

• Sharing the Google Drive link is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing will result in the immediate deactivation of the folder and removal of its contents.
